AM: P2P. Great woods and fun course. Twisted my ankle badly to #2 and since I was slow in general my time was up at #9 and I had to head home. Isak on the other hand completed his course...2.4 km.

PM: Checking Raid course. Ankle bad so did much less and in much slower pace than hoped/planned. Had to walk in places. Not because of my foot though...

Time o get go again. At least a little bit. With Marley, Paul and Wes through Dundas to Sydenham Rd and then Bruce Trail to Hwy 6 and back home head via York Rd/Olympic Dr. Don't feel particular strong.

Ontario champs, Durham.
Long - drove back in the morning and the terrain today was worth the drive. not as hilly as yesterday morning and more open woods. enjoyed the course, but i felt a bit stressed knowing i had to be back in hamilton before 1:30pm. i was also not sure whether i would have enough fuel to complete a long distance course, but i felt better than yesterday albeit not particular fast. 75 min would have been possible.

Ontario champs, Durham.

AM: middle. hot and humid!!! very tired from the start and i didn't become faster with time. several minor mistakes in the beginning but had a nice flow for while before some problems at the end again. tough terrain.

PM: sprint. legs not better now than this am, but it was flat and easy so no mistakes and i ran as hard as i could. not the same speed as earlier this year, but i seem to do well in sprint regardless. always something.
