long story short. did some intervals with young local track runners. helped with pace 200, 400, 600, 800. and then i did 1000m on my own. 3.05. very happy with that time - didn´t think i could do those times anymore. proves though that you become good at what you practice. i have done lots of intervals the last few years and i am guessing only a handful of those who beat me at o-ringen would 3.05 on 1000m...
