Big In Japan with Hammer, Meridian and The Pillar. 6.52, 6.42, 642, 6.41 every 10th minute. Hammer had 6.32 the last interval but I was ahead of him the three first ones and having Hammer behind you in forest intervals is BIG. No irony!

GHO Interval training at Chedoke. Every 6.5 minutes (4:13, 4:12, 4:11, 4:14, 4:10, 4:14l)

Had low 4's last time but this time it was snow and very slippery on some sections.
