A pretty good week. Tried the "Holgersson" approach again Saturday, but I'm there yet. I'm not supposed to be either, but I'll start do it more systematic in January, and I believe it will give me some toughness. The intervals this week were 123454321 1 min rest after 123 and 2 min after 45.
