Ran well first 16K in the Chilly but dropped about 10-15 sec per km the last 5. very tired and and hurting legs. Opened up too fast, but should still have been able to keep it together better. Wed training was good, intervals being a bit shorter than usual (45 s and 1.15s on) and the long run Sat was nice, although it was tough running in the snow since the crust wasn't thick enough, or I was too thick. |
