Legs hurt Mon and Tue and the run felt awful Wed. Very tired, but TVP joined me going up and down Beddoe in comfortable pace which made the training much nicer. Thursday intervals were very different, felt good and had an average of 2.50 on 8 times the 900 m stretch by the old Lakeshore power plant. Classic skiing, a bit soft, Sat in Duntroon and same Sunday, but half and half classic/skating. Nice days for skiing though.
