Good week. Biggest week for a very long time. Did some spanst Monday, can't even remember when I did that last time. Don't know if it was that session combined with the skiing the weekend or what it was but Wed was the worst run ever. At least top three. If every 3rd run would be like that, I'd retire. Legs hurting so much. It was an easy in the Borer's Falls area, but so painful. Could have been dehydration too. And lack of sleep. Anyway, Thu was a transition day, and Fri I went for the WR record. New PB 26.13. Felt good. Same Sat and not too bad Sun. Griz is strong though. And smarter.
