Running 25:00 [1]

AM: Cochrane. 10-15 cm of snow came overnight => had to break trail and that made skiing tough and slow but vey nice ski area. Tonnes of snow.

PM: A short run with Wil to see if they had track set the trails and to justify a dip in the hot tub.

Thursday Dec 27, 2007 #

It's getting very soft and wet but still skiable.

Running 1:00:00 [1]

Running 1:00:00 [4]

Boxing Day Run. 61.45 and 20th place. I felt a bit sluggish but ok. Opened up a bit too fast but I kept it together pretty well except for last half mile perhaps. Rail trail was very slow so any hopes of a new PB disappeared there.
