Running 15:00 [5]
Running 45:00 [1]
my left foot. again. i twisted and this is the worst one for some time. last time, in may, was nothing compared to this. it really sucks because i felt good and i really enjoyed the workout, which was marsh/forest intervals (around lillesjön or little lake, which is one of the most beautiful places i have ever been too) - 4 of 3x1 min. don't know what to do with it. the foot that is.

Running 1:00:00 [3]
one of the most enjoyable workouts i have had for a long time. i didn't get head out until 9pm but being so far north has its advantages. anyway, yesterday inspired me and i ran semi-hard for one hour and all in the woods and i did all the major hills in the area. felt awesome.

Running 1:10:00 [1]
arrived home yesterday but the alarm was set to 6am this morning, or midnight...a group of phenomenal athletes have the tradition to go for a run every midsummar eve's morning and have done so since the late 60's. most of them are in their 60's now but they can still run. the pace was pretty slow but this was a true woods run. only a few hundred meters on a trail in the beginning and the end but that was it. some very impressive gentlemen.
