easy run on the golf course. had planned to do something harder but legs, mind, etc. were absent.

fast conditions this morning. legs tired from all the skating, but still enjoyed it. skied with nick and laszlo.

skating at duntoon. went out later in the afternoon so tracks were a bit soft but still good. nice sunshine today.

2 sets of 345 min with 2 min rest - the rally loop. xc dan pace.

Head lamp run around South Shore incl Sassafrass and around Cootes w/ Turbo and SW. Nice run. Running on the small trails on South Shore reminded me a bit of home.

The specific Niagara Escarpment Race training for the week.
