hung some ribbons for the Hard Rock 5K and then Hard Rock 10K in best pace I could, but the hills at Brant Hills almost knocked me out. O-ing a bit rust. Really needed to slow down on the line-O. Beautiful day and I enjoyed the course Hammer had set up.

Intervals with the usual suspects. 5 x 4/2 - last one a bit longer, including a Bruce Trail interval + 5 x 60/30.

Just like yesterday, the idea was to something relatively tough but had no motivation to do that. Ran Bruce to bridge and back.
