hung some ribbons for the Hard Rock 5K and then Hard Rock 10K in best pace I could, but the hills at Brant Hills almost knocked me out. O-ing a bit rust. Really needed to slow down on the line-O. Beautiful day and I enjoyed the course Hammer had set up.
