Running 30:00 [4]

Running 30:00 [1]

Escarpment Rally.
Ran the first ten minutes without pushing it, planning to go harder on the Bruce Trail and the second loop, but I didn't have any 'pushing' in me tonight. I still got very tired and, nevertheless, a good workout.

Running 10:00 [3]

Chedoke stairs.

The new approach for the upcoming training year. Most days you have 30 minutes which you can spend either in front of the computer or the TV or looking in mirrors, but these 30 minutes also mean you have no reason not to train and 30 minutes nowdays for me is better than 0 min. Gone are those days when 30 min of training was regarded as nothing or waste of time.

Running 35:00 [1]

Running hills 40:00 [5]

5 x 4on/2off. Just like my last interval session back home in Sweden, I lack some endurance the last minute on the last couple of intervals, but training will take care of that. Good group was out and we all did some Nancys except for Dan, so I guess he is a Nancy.
