Saturday Oct 10

Running 15:00 [1]

Orienteering race 55:00 [3]

AM: Ontario middle champs. Or medium champs. Cold is pretty bad but I decided to start anyway - it was a nice day. But perhaps I shouldn't have done that; it was a lot of walking and even the odd moment of standing, just to rest. Add a few mistakes and there are the eight minutes I was behind Nick. Have no clue what the other runners did. Terrain ok.

Running 15:00 [1]

Orienteering race 25:00 [4]

PM: Ontario sprint(!?) champs. Flat and fast course. Legs were obvioulsy not faster but the flat and fast course certainly made it easier. Did one bad route choice and drifted slightly on leg but otherwise a clean race.

I can't just abandon Sudden like that. I guess I am doing an Air Jordan.
