after two high intensity training days, the cold is starting to fight back. hopefully will i be ok for some training this weekend.

i believe hammer has mentioned some of the points below already, but it was interesting to hear that tero...
- trains 800h in a year and 45% is with a map. that would be like...i don't know. hockey players doing a lot of training on ice? or runners doing a lot of running? or bikers biking? sooo weird.
- never done a 5K or 10K.
- thought that swedish is the best language to learn if you want to learn a second language. and why is that? because most literature about orienteering training, orienteering technique, etc. is written in swedish. if you want to be the best in the world, i guess you have to do your homework.

Intervals at reservoir. The world champion came out and played just like many others. Good to see. 4 one-ish minute intervals, 4 two-ish minute intervals and 2 three-ish minute intervals. 1-1.5 minute rest.
