Roller skiing 35:00 [2]

Roller skiing hills 30:00 [3]

Roller skiing tempo 15:00 [4]

Started off with some classic on the waterfront, but since no Hammer showed up, I decided to do some Longwood Hills while waiting. Seven hills later I realized he had ditched me, and a solid workout. I then decided to wrap up the session with 6 km tempo (15-ish min).

Saturday Nov 14

Running 1:55:00 [2]

SMT. Felt better a month ago, but cold, kids' colds and flus, raid and what not have forced me to take a few steps back. A few more SMT and we will feel strong again.

aberdeen with coalition of the willing, chelps, stu, johnny, hammer, and i am sure a few more. low on energy but did the best i could. similar min/km as last week but we did the aberdeen loop tonight which should be a bit slower, generally speaking, so i take that as something positive.
