Another 10 min tempo run (first loop of Winter Rally) and it felt better than the last few days. Followed up with some Bannistairs and spanst.

SMT in the valley with the usual suspects. Some tempo, 8-10 min, after K2. Sore from yesterday and didn't feel particularly strong nor fast.

Oakville. 3km tempo on some random residential streets. Time 10:42 which is ok considering the circmustances. The road running will probably haunt me tomorrow.

Some fast, well relatively, 3-ish minute intervals on the rail trail x 8 w/ i minute rest. Plus a bunch of Frankensteps. Tough workout. A lot of intensity.
