Sunday Feb 7

Skiing 1:10:00 [2]

classic at duntroon, -12C and sunny.
some fresh snow and first, almost, in the tracks made the skiing a bit slower, and tougher, than yesterday.

Saturday Feb 6

Skiing 2:00:00 [2]

classic at duntroon. -10C and sunny.
a bit tired from yesterday the first hour but it felt better and better.

Friday Feb 5

Skiing 40:00 [1]

Skiing 20:00 [4]

classic night race at duntroon.
tired their lit trail for the first time. i didn't have too high expectations but the trail didn't even meet those. some sort of head lamp is recommended. anyways, the race was 3 x 2.8km. a trio young and fast guys took and i held the 4th position until the last couple of hundred meters. finshed 5th. 21:10 and 8.6km, so fast conditions on a flat course. it was hard to keep the balance at times, especially the first lap before you had learned where the track slightly curved and where the bumps were.

Thursday Feb 4

Running 40:00 [1]

Running hills 35:00 [4]

3 sets of hill repeats with kyle, each 10-12 minutes
- cardiac hill
- snowboard hill
- chedoke stairs

Tuesday Feb 2

Other 1:15:00 [3]

soccer. these late soccer nights, not back until past midnight, are starting to wear me out a bit, but playing is too much fun.
