TDM at Rocky Ridge. Two courses but I treated it as one, just a quick run back to parking lot for download between courses, and then off again.
Had some problems on the first loop, probably spent 5 min looking for number 2, and a few more mistakes. only nailed 8 out of 12. knee was alright though. second part went much better; it usually takes me some time before i have figured out the terrain and map, but focus was also much better. only one mistake although i spent a few minutes looking for a flag that didn't exist.

Great o-terrain though. If I was 20 years younger and keen, i would pretty much live on that map.

control pick/middle distance Mt Nemo N. good flow. knee ok until I stopped.

not sure if intervals is the best thing to do after a week of no running and some knee issues but that is what it was anyways.
along the SE fairway and up to rail trail back and forth 4 x 2 min. knee was alright but the rest of the legs seemed to have taken a day off.
