Putting out flags/units/stands for P2P. Some rain, some sun, some darkness. I rather actually do the event, but it is ok to put out ribbons/flags etc in the valley in the fall. Decent training too. Knee likes it. Arms getting bigger too after carrying all the metal stands.

Coaching ARK attack x 2. Cold and rainy but kids were all in good spirits. First group did a 30 min forest run (with some trails) and the second group some Cardiac hill repeats and a few sprints and I joined them. Ran to (with Isak) to ARK and home as well. Lots of running. Did a big number and twisted my ankle so now I need two ice packs.

Back on the schwinn. Seems like the SMT pace is what my knee can take. The 20 min or so of a bit faster pace did have a negative impacat on my knee after 7-10 days of feeling not great but good. Oh well.
