Orienteering 45:00 [1]

Vetting raid stuff in the valley. Great day.

Orienteering 1:40:00 [2]

Putting out more flags and units in the valley. Finally I can walk without too much pain in my muscles. But then, on the other hand, the length of this run was a bit too much for my knee. Longest one for a very long time.

Orienteering 1:10:00 [1]

Putting out flags for the Raid in the valley. Legs still very sore from Dayman's strength.

Running 1:00:00 [1]

Strength 10:00 [3]

1. could hardly keep up with Isak running from Mtn Ave to ARK.
2. hard to work equally hard to keep up with EmWadd up the Nancy Green hill.
3. didn't stand a chance to prevent Juliette to fly by me down Nancy.
4. Dayman core totally killed me.

It is tough to be an ARK coach.

Running intervals 30:00 [5]

Running 45:00 [1]

Back from yet another TNT pause. 6 double eights - each around 3 min - every 5 min. Nice running on the course and it didn't feel too bad. Wait and see until tomorrow.

Indoor biking 45:00 [2]

Back on the schwinn and watching the Dragons. Several times I have wondered how ARK would do; probably not very well since we are not in the money making business to begin with. Kevin would not like that. Jim would perhaps sponsor us; he seems to be a very nice guy.
Sinuses still somewhat sensitive. Wow! I managed to spontaneously write an alliteration.
