vetting the kids course at dawn. nice morning with no rain. just deer. and eventually an aussie.

didn't have much time but could run the half raid. area of first few controls are opening up nicely in some areas. but mccormack will never be known for its great terrain.

it has been a busy week, so little time for training. i did however after the fun weekend in pa that i would be more keen on running and training but i have felt pretty blah and when i have gone to the gym or done stationary biking without any hesitation in the past, i have no motivation at the moment whatsoever. that will change though. need to get some roller skiing done.

rth stuff with hammer. ran for the first time ever in one area which is a rarity when it comes to raids and areas around hamilton. that particular terrain had both some really nice woods but also a few patches of thicker woods.
