I got hit by a cold mid week and totally without warning. I think my sinuses will be ok this time so a not too bad cold but enough to not wanting to go for a run. That is too bad since I had hoped last weekend's workouts with Kalle would, or could, had been the start for some more training since NAOC. Esp the 1000 intervals took me over the motivation bump but I am back on the wrong side again. It is so much easier to start training more again if you have company. And a long weekend...
