Bad sleep b/c of knee. It hurts in a new spot. Tried to go classic but couldn't bend my legs without feeling pain. Walking down stairs - nope.

Club training. Fast run followed by strength. Had a bad feeling in my knee after only a few minutes but finished the run. Bad idea. Knee started to hurt more and more during strength and the innebandy had to be played in Magath style.

Took Adria's classic skis and hit the trails. A couple of icey spots but overall good.

Skating. Icey today. Had to work hard not let the skis slip.

Sylvester training with the club. Shadowing Lia but had time to pick up a few controls before sauna.

Skiing 1:35:49 [3] 25.4 km (3:46 / km) +166m 3:39 / km

Skating. Tracks are holding up really well. Felt strong and smooth (until some juniors came...) and could have skied more. Enjoyed this one.
