First MTB for the year(!). Rail trail with Hammer. Nice ride but ended up with a flat and had to walk home from Chedoke.

4 x 800 at HAAA. Lots of spectators b/c football practice. Nice evening - good temps and not much windy. Gravel a bit slippery. Relatively short rest (every 4.5 min), but I had hoped for a few seconds faster based on my 400m times earlier.

Great day for biking. Did the Harrison loop. It felt fine but no battery in Garmin so it was hard to push not knowing speed and time.

Churchill Park/Cootes area. Beautiful evening.
Arrived just in time to the last few intervals with the TNT crew - 3/2/1 x 1 min. Happy to be able to keep up. Ran after that over to Cootes and did 10 hill repeats. Legs a bit shaky at the end.
