Since I took it easy yesterday I decided to at least get some hills in today, so climbed Sydenham twice.

Easy ride although it is never easy going up Sydenham. Legs not sore from yesterday at all, which was a pleasant surprise.

Squeezed in a good road run between work and a meeting. Put the Garmin in the pocket since my thought was to run in a good, comfortable pace, which I did, and not being distracted by looking at the watch, but was curious enough to want to see pace afterwards. Ran along Lakeshore and through Lorne Park, crossed a few creek valleys but it felt good and legs/knee could handle the road np.

tnt with a great crew. lots of fast youngsters out. did ali-loops with trav, neither of us young but i would argue we are reasonably fast.

more nationals stuff including some test running. feels good.
