Finally got some time to tune up road bike and hit the roads. Biked Wilson and through valley and Weirs Lane, which must be one of toughest climb up the escarpment.

HS track team. Some warm up, some ABCs and then 10/20/30/40/50/40/30/20/10 with 10 sec rest between. Not my cup of tea and legs, read knee, was a bit sore from yesterday but once I got into the 30's and 40's, the young guys had to taste dust.

First an ARK practice and then a good run home. Didn't have any plan really for pace going home but coaching ARKers is very inspiring so it was light legs home for most part. Ran into some ice and snow and you could still ski for about 100m on the rail trail just west of the new bridge, which I guess is not that new anymore.
