Letchworth. Tried the trails north this time. Not so much luck. The two hiking trails closest by were all dead ends due to some serious flooding. Legs tired but nice runs both today and yesterday. Fun to see some new trees.

Letchworth SP. Explored the trails south-ish from campground. Found some nice trails. Muddy in places. Hilly in other. Both in some.

Some large trails, some small, muddy trails, and some road. Going camping this weekend so tried to get a decent run in since I don't know what kind of training I will be able to do the next couple of days.

Tired today and generally unmotivated but got a nice surprise in the mail. A result list. I can't remember last time I flipped through a hard copy. Birkie is 'old school' apparently. Second nice surprise was that I made it to the first wave for 2015. This year, or for next year, it was 3:30-something, previous years it has been around 2:50. It did make me a bit more motivated but I choose to spend some more time looking through the results rather than go for a work out.

On the rail trail to 403 and back even though my garmin shows something completely different. Weird. Today's run can confirm I probably went a bit too hard yesterday. Legs very tired and became sore halfway. Oh well...
