Friday fun with Gustaf. Same format - 30 min in decent pace. Ran the Main St/Cootes loop so it involved some more climb compared with last week. 4 min/km on the post which is good considering the above mentioned climb.

1 min rest except after 2, 1, and 1 (only 30 sec). Did an extra interval - the 1.5 min since we, or I, stopped too early. Although I had been tired most of the day, the legs responded well. Seems I am getting a bit faster each week.
