Original plan was to do the full Winter Rally but already after a few hundred meters, and that was downhill!, I decided to skip that plan and try the new Winter 3000 loop. I was simply too tired. All hills except for Cardiac was really slippery as well, which didn't help. Nevertheless, a good workout. Effort was definitely there and that is what matters.

Back at TNT with Turbo, Trav etc. Rainy night but great to be out nevertheless. Did the classic 17th fairway. Felt pretty good. Finished off with some Frankensteps. Those may have hurt tomorrow.

Iroqouia Heights. Did a few hill loops to get some more time and quality. Had only a handful of good training sessions in October, usually about half of the training every month is ok or better and the other half junk-ish, so this was a decent start (including the strength).
