Aberdeen loops. 1-2-3-2-1. A tough one. Couldn't really keep the pace on the 3 lap interval so I am lacking some toughness and stamina. Had decided on before hand to skip Frankensteps since they took days to recover from last week but I think the intervals single handed will make my legs sore for a few days this time around.
