Running 56:00 intensity: (14:00 @2) + (42:00 @4) 12.6 km (4:27 / km)

Last 3x3 km before Boston. Did the first two around 1140 and then finished off with a 1200.

Road Bike 1:32:00 [3] 40.8 km (26.6 kph)

The regular loop through the valley and Crooks. Much colder today.

Friday Apr 3, 2015 #

First road bike for the year. Debated between skiing and this but wasn't convinced that the conditions at Highlands would be good enough to allow a longer ski. As it turned out conditions were good for skiing but I had a great ride in the sunshine so no disappointment. Biking is better for a sore-ish knee anyways than skate skiing. Biked Stayner/Creemore/124 and return. Out via Centre line and back via Fairground. Some good climbs in there.
