Didn't feel worse but not better either. Struggled just to get to the start and arrived one minute before call up. I was 5 min behind after two controls without any mistakes. Body fatigued in general and right foot was sore. It started to feel better after a few easier legs but made back to back mistakes on 9 and 10. Managed to bounce back for the next half dozen controls but the last couple was yet again more walking than running regardless if it was up or down.
