With Adria along York and Snake. Nice and easy.

Biked from home to ACC. Nice warm up.

Running 1:33:00 [4] 20.0 km (4:39 / km)

Sulphur relay leg 4. Beautiful day for a run in the valley. I was a bit worried how I would fare with the little amount of running I have done since Boston but I managed to keep it together relatively well. I took it very easy in all uphills, like I was an Ultra runner and not a 20k runner...and I think that helped. I don't have the strength at the moment to push it up the hills and being able to recover in time for next hill. That obviously is not good if you want make a time but this was about consistency and not falling through. A relay run in other words. This was also a good 'kick in the butt' kind of race. I.e. it is time to get some training in and this was a great start.

Classic. Waterfront trail from Princess and around Bayfront Park + 3 x Longwood. Felt pretty good and kept a decent pace.

Wednesday May 20, 2015 #

Running 15:00 [1] 2.5 km (6:00 / km)

Knee super sore so could only run the bare minimal.

Indoor biking 30:00 [1]

Late night session trying to get the knee to feel better.

Tuesday May 19, 2015 #

Running 43:00 intensity: (19:00 @2) + (24:00 @5) 8.6 km (5:00 / km)

Intervals at/around Princess Point. Classic 6 times 3on/1off. Running form felt very awkward and the total opposite of smooth. No fun feeling albeit pace was ok.

Monday May 18, 2015 #

Road Bike 1:04:00 [3] 30.6 km (28.7 kph)

From home to Jerseyville/52 roundabout. Tried to keep decent pace. Best feeling so far post-Boston.

M: whatever I have time to do coming back from camping. Hopefully a ride.
Tu: intervals but have to do them later so no TNT
W: ARK training. recovery session from intervals
Th: Open - depends on what the legs are like.
F: Rest. no time for any training.
Sat: Sulphur Springs relay. it will hurt.
Sun: Ride.
