Indoor biking 40:00 [2]

To only do 40 min of biking indoors a Sunday is a bit of a waste but better than nothing. It was a busy day with end of year celebration at Swedish school.

First time with Wastrels. Home/Westdale/ Wilson/Sulphur Springs Rd/Governors/Sydenham/Valley/York/home.
Fun to ride with a group. Especially nice to just cruise, kind of, behind on the faster sections. Got tired up Sydenham though.

Nice evening and the knee felt the best it done for some time. I was pretty good during the trip to Chicago to stretch and do some small strength exercises when I had the opportunity. Went over to Rattray Marsh and ran its small trail network. Trails are really nice albeit short so lots of back and forth. I ran 11 repeats of 2 on/1 off. Everything felt fine and the best feeling for a long time although I am sure the pace was nothing impressive but I was just happy that things were going just fine. Until that last 11th interval. Somehow I landed weird with my right foot and foot/knee/whatever immediately started to hurt. So much for feeling fine-ish and why doing 11 intervals?
