Running 31:00 [1]

Ski walking/Elghufs 28:00 [3]

Bruce trail stuff with Isak and then some ski walking (but I like the Norwegian name a lot more so I will use that). 10 slow and 10 quick ones on BT going up to Beckett Dr. Tired afterwards in a nice way.

Road Bike 1:24:00 [3] 44.0 km (31.4 kph)

Wastrels again. York/Patterson/Harvest/Hwy 8 and then eventually over to Gov. Felt ok on the hills but tough to keep contact on the flats.

Road Bike 1:07:00 [3] 36.0 km (32.2 kph)

Wastrels round 2. North Shore/King Rd/Residential area/Lemonville. Big group. Lots of turns and corners. Not torally confident keeping the wheel in front of me or keeping full speed around the corners but that will come with more rides like this.

Running 26:00 [1] 4.5 km (5:47 / km)

Last ARK for the season. Knee ok-ish and staying at 30 min was probably good.

Road Bike 43:00 [2] 19.0 km (26.5 kph)

Dundurn/York/North Shore/Brant to Queensway and Guelp Ln area. Part of the work commute.

Road Bike 37:00 [3] 18.0 km (29.2 kph)

Same as this morning but zu Hause.

Roller skiing 1:17:00 [3] 20.0 km (3:51 / km)

I have been lucky and have never had any accidents while roller skiing but that ended tonight. Collided with a biker just by Cootes Paradise parking lot. Long story short - it was the biker's fault, but to give him an excuse, I don't think he knew I can't stop very quickly. Unfortunately, I couldn't tell him all this because he just took off. It didn't go as bad as it could had done. My jaw got the biggest hit from what I think was his handle bars, not sure, and some standard road rash. It was pretty swollen after and I had the speech of a former Canadian Prime Minister. The biker was lucky though he didn't get my pole in his wheel. That would have been bad.
Workout wise - I skied all around the Pier and then 6 x Longwood and start/finish at Kay Drage.
