Legs sore from yesterday. 8 tabatas was obviously a bit too much. Esp right leg was sore and that is my problem leg. Clearly the weakest leg and more of this will hopefully help.
ARK adventure run helped but the it was hard to get the legs moving on the run home but dud what I could. This will definitely add to the soreness.
