Mtn Ave all around Waterfront and back. Managed to loose a pole in a storm drain.

IceBreaker. Tough start. It was pretty much uphill only the first 15 min. Really enjoyed running at Tyandaga, as usual.

Not as sore today as I habe been ither Wednesdays so I hope that means I am getting stronger and the Tabata will hurt less for each time. Ran around the golf course during ARK and parts of it with Lia and Cammie.
Did 1200, 1000, 800, 600, 400, 200 w/ 1.5 rest between.
