At Albion Hills with Isak. Several longer legs which was good practice for him - important to keep focus. Some snow in the woods and pretty chilly but Albion Hills is a pretty neat area.

6 x 800m on the streets near Redeemer. A character builder (need a positive spin to this). Times not great but ok. I don't have any speed in me, yet (ever?), and I didn't feel too tired after although legs were pretty tight for sure.
