3rd leg. Estimated time this spring/summer went from 87 min and then 90 min which then became 95 min but when I got the turn to run it was all about making it back. Legs tired in the first hill and then it was just a matter about making sure I made it back. Heat was tough but woods gave some shade. Heat was probably a less cause to my poor performance than the fact this was the 3rd time I ran in May. I had to walk a few hills. Good way to start up the training again though...perhaps.

Nice warm up, although it felt like a workout...but the cool down pushed me almost over the edge. Very tired when I got home.
