Early run with Mo up and Iroqouia before taking Filman Rd and Ainslie Woods home. Legs felt better than expected. Good sign that I can tolerate 3h of running over two days. Now I just have to try to eventually make it possible to run 3h consecutively.
Solo TNT and same format as last week. Felt super tired during my warm up but managed to get through this session feeling decent. First three intervals was about the same as last week, perhaps 1-2s slower but ran the last one up to the park 15s faster.
Wilson-Jville-Alberton to Book and then Upper Paradise and home. Legs tired today and back a bit sore so took it easy. Underestimated the heat thinking that the breeze from biking would make the ride not too hot but faded nicely in the end.
