Managed to get up early and get some cooler temps. Waterfront today. Need to step on some asphalt.

Olympics almost over so squeezed in triathlon and mtb this morning. Sprint O had to wait. As a consequence, I didn't hit the trails until the afternoon and it was hot. Slow pace of course but happy to make 90min in such weather circumstances. Usual Bruce trail and Iroqouia loop.

Wilson, Inksetter, Crooks Hollow. Went too hard up Wilson and paid for it. Tired at the end.

Thursday classic. All in one group and solid, even pace throughout.

Tired today so taking a rest day. Knee a bit sore from yesterday as well. Time to start google 'how to get ready for a marathon in 50 days'.

TnT at Princess Point. Couldn't handle the humidity and faded nicely. 6 figure 8 loops every 5.5 min.
