Running 1:10:00 [2]

Snowshoeing at the top rez, back and forth, with Adria. Looks decent.

Skiing (skating) 40:00 [2]

Went out late to test the skate conditions. Better than expected; wide enough and not too bumpy but being all flat it is hard to get any pulse. I wasn't the only one up there; a graffiti 'artist' was there too. I think I scared him pretty good when I came around the corner.

Skiing (classic) 1:30:00 [2]

Classic at Highlands. Longer drive than usual due to bad roads so ski had to be cut a bit shorter but it was still a great ski nevertheless. Still suffering from the first ski of the year syndrome.

Running 35:00 [1]

Early evening run with Adria on Bruce and rail trail.

Skiing (skating) 48:00 [2]

Went to Chedoke to see what the conditions were like; crust not really holding up but managed to create a 450m loop that was ok.

Strength 21:00 [3]

FNT the indoor version.

Indoor biking 50:00 [2]

Afternoon spin catching up on 'Midnight Sun'

Running 36:00 intensity: (18:00 @1) + (18:00 @4)

Warm up/cool down from Wentworth Arenas and then a tempo-ish run in Ainslie Woods, a bit too slippery and dark to feel really comfortable to push it, at least that is my excuse. 4.5km in 18:30 so just over 4 min/km. Now I just need to do this for another 17km.
