Skiing (classic) 2:22:00 intensity: (1:38:00 @1) + (44:00 @4)

Mid winter conditions at Highlands. Great day! Skied first 100 with a skating Isak, new distance PB for him, and then a tempo to wrap things up.

6 o'clock spin.

Orienteering 33:00 [3]

X league from William's. Not a perfect race; lost concentration a few times. Started off with a moderate pace but gradually increased it. So much easier to run tempo with a map in your hand.

Floorball 1:00:00 [3]

Straight from X to floorball. Played longer than usual since no one came to tell us we had to leave. Will pay for this tomorrow.

Morning spin.

Running 35:00 intensity: (15:00 @1) + (20:00 @5)

Same session as last Monday and almost identical route. 7 times 2 on and 1 off. A couple of secs faster when comparing min/km. A lot faster on the Wilson uphill interval.
