X league from William's. Not a perfect race; lost concentration a few times. Started off with a moderate pace but gradually increased it. So much easier to run tempo with a map in your hand.

Same session as last Monday and almost identical route. 7 times 2 on and 1 off. A couple of secs faster when comparing min/km. A lot faster on the Wilson uphill interval.
