One of those days you regret you didn't do your workout first thing in the morning...Hot and humid tempoish run and it was too hot, but decided to do fight it through - 2k warm up to wood bridge then 10k. 2125 on first 5k (wood bridge, 403 bridge and back to scenic) and then 2020 (scenic to first stop sign and then back and then home via Dundurn and South St)
First marathon training. Two months to go only so it is obviously too late but goal is to be better prepared than last year. First half was with Adria and included some BT and stairs and then did 30 min solo in, perhaps, 4:45 min/km pace.
