First longer run on the road. Ran from home along Longwood down to Waterfront trail followed it to Haida and then back with an extra loop in the neighbourhood to make ut a complete halfmarathon. First couple of kilometers were in the 5's but then kept it pretty steady around 4:40. Legs hurt for sure but I felt pretty comfortable.
It was time for a tougher workout. 9 times 2 min on and 1 min off. Started by lower rail trail by driving range and ran around Fortinos ans St Marys and finished by Chedoke stairs. Did Parking lot to Hillcrest/Mtn Ave in 4:41 after that with no extra rest. Yesterday's rest and Tuesday's short run were good for my legs.
