Note

Had some thoughts on doing a somewhat serious bike ride but went with the family option instead and definitely no regrets since that ride took us, among other places, Baskin Robins.

Got pulled in to be a participant in a fitness session for a friend who was doing his final session to become an official instructor. Lots of squats and lunges.

Rail trail with Adria. Nice and easy.

Orienteering 44:00 [3]

X league at Clappison Woods fka Rockcliffe Trails. Spent a few minutes on the first one looking for a ribbon that didn't exist but then had some decent flow until the end when the extra trails and thicker woods caused some troubles. Legs felt great, as they should after a few days of no running.

Note

Second last day of annual class trip to Muskoka. Usually I squeeze in a few morning runs but decided to not drag myself out in the dark and instead invest in some 'rest' (rest is a relative word when you hang out with a bunch of 13-14 year olds 24/7) as part of the preparation for Amsterdam.
