Bruce trail to scenic via Chedoke stairs and then rail trail back. Did then five 2x1min on BT to Chedoke stairs. Finished off with another push from p lot to Rez stairs. 4:45 this time.
ARX training. Was a bit late so missed most of the intervals but did 3 x 1 min. Ran hard from parking lot to Hillcrest/Mtn Ave via Dundurn. 4:40 ans 8s behind #EF but time is okay.
