Training Log Archive: Sudden

I am starting to see the end of this one but still a few days away.

Lia was racing Yuletide Blast today so this meant first trip to Highlands. I skated around a little bit before her start but I had no energy at all. Lots of snow though!

Did Ham loppet with Lia. Nice to be outside. We put down 30 min as our finishing time and we were back in 30:06! Great to see over 30 people out.

A man cold. I haven't had a cold since late May so I knew I was due for one. Better now than during the holidays.
