Nice run with Adria around Chedoke. Legs still very tired and some skiing from the bike.

Another spring ski day at Highlands. Very tired today from the beginning. Definitely not enough hydrated. I was lucky to find Rydlo out there and could ski with him so pace was still fine.

Club training with DGL. A weeknight training that has had the feel of a Scandi O-club training - good sized group out of all ages and capabilities, clubhouse (not ours but a place to convene) and a social gathering after.The training was 10 x up Westdale Ravine Trails from just past the corner; each one took 40s? Some core after each of the first 6.
