Up to hwy and back with Adria. New snow, which is needed, but pretty wet so it was a bit of work. Not complaining though.

Finally some midwinter conditions and neither too cold or too warm. Perfect day for classic. I thought I would feel a bit stronger than what I did but at least pace got a bit faster over time although at a cost. Lia had a training day so that meant I could go for a nice skate cruise in the afternoon.

X league #2. First time on the Westmount map. Cleared the course all went well except one control; I was in the right spot but didn't see the flag and ran around for a minute or so. These x league races are a lot of fun and great tempo workouts. Ran to/from so this was a good training day.

Skiing (skating) 40:00 [2]

Late ski on the rail trail (there is something special with skiing alone on lit trails) + 5 times up the tobaggan hill. Thanks to these 40min, Jan 2018 climbed two spots and claimed 9th place looking at the last 15 Januarys. December was a 'bad' month training wise so looking at the past fifteen Dec/Jan combos, 13/15. We'll see what February brings.
